Everything was lovely, including service-minded staff and excellent location in the city Center. Location: the hotel was close to the centre of the old town, the ducal palace, shops, bars and restaurants and the market. Popped in Bistrot Canossa for shots before sleep, it was just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

The location was mind-blowing, right in the heart of the city with a jaw-dropping view over the local piazza. The staff were super helpful and friendly, saving me from getting my car towed away. Although breakfast wasn't provided, there were plenty of choices nearby. The recently renovated room had kept its charm and the novelty of being woken by bird song instead of cars was refreshing. Plus, finding parking just 5 minutes away was no problem. And if you're lucky enough to be there on a Thursday, don't miss the huge local market. The hotel also offers wi-fi, a flat-screen TV, a lift, VIP check-in/-out, and is air-conditioned with no smoking allowed on site.

The air-conditioned rooms here are a total lifesaver! With the kids running around, it's nice to come back to a cool and comfortable room. Plus, the free WiFi keeps them entertained for hours.
The soundproofing in the double room could use some improvement, but hey, some people might not mind the occasional noise.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. We had a blast exploring the Palazzo Ducale and Piazza Sordello, and there were so many cool bars and restaurants nearby. The rooms were spacious and modern, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. We even got a late check-out and the best part was the yummy Mantua's cookies they gave us when we left. Totally recommended!
The only thing we would ask for is more nightlife options for us young party-goers. While there were some great bars and restaurants, we were hoping for more clubs or places to dance the night away.

The air-conditioned rooms at Hotel Leon D'Oro were a lifesaver during the hot summer days. It made my stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. I could relax and escape the heat whenever I wanted.
Personally, I found the bidet in the bathroom a bit unnecessary. However, I understand that some guests might find it useful or enjoyable.
